For the purpose of applicable privacy legislation, the data controller is SoftApp BV, registered in The Netherlands under chamber of commerce nr. 66811120 with an office at Hoogstraat 58, 5271 XB Sint-Michielsgestel.

Third-Party Integrations

When you enable an integration with a third-party platform (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Okta), you authorize CallerConnect to transmit data to that platform on your behalf. Once transmitted, that data is governed by the third party's terms of service and privacy policy.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

When you use SSO to sign in via a third-party identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, Ping Identity, or other OIDC-compliant providers), we receive your name, email address, and organization identifier for authentication purposes. We do not receive or store your identity provider password.

Data Retention

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. We assess the appropriate retention period based on the size, volume, nature, and sensitivity of that information.

Your Rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information
  • Request correction of your personal information
  • Request erasure of your personal information
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Request transfer of your personal information
