By accessing or using the CallerConnect platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CallerConnect provides a cloud-based platform for managing telecommunications services, including Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, identity management, and related voice and communication services. The Platform is operated by SoftApp BV ("we", "our", "us").
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
When you enable an integration with a third-party platform (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Okta, Datto Autotask PSA), you authorize CallerConnect to transmit data to that platform on your behalf. Once transmitted, that data is governed by the third party's terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the integration complies with applicable data protection laws and your obligations to your end users. CallerConnect is not responsible for the third party's handling, storage, or retention of transmitted data.
The Service supports authentication via third-party identity providers including Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, Ping Identity, and other OIDC-compliant providers. When you configure SSO, you authorize CallerConnect to receive identity information (name, email address, organization identifier) from the selected identity provider for the purpose of authentication. CallerConnect does not receive or store your identity provider password.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SoftApp BV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftApp BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amersfoort, The Netherlands.
